Our students have found the 2-day class both fruitful and a fun experience in learning.Unlike some other negotiation trainings which focused mostly on tactics and reading gestures ,Mr.Pan's class shares also mapping out a road map from start and the sharing and class exercise chosen are just relevant to us negotiating in the IEO/retail business in china.
